Fully Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a full-time or part-time therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LADC) who has a speciality to offer RTC, complimenting the couples therapy we do. Specifically, we would love to find a warm and skilled therapist who specializes in child and adolescent therapy, addiction therapy/counseling, or trauma therapy. Pay is dependent upon experience. Qualifications:

  • Up-to-date LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LADC, or other professional therapy/counseling licensure
  • Competent and experienced at providing a specialization of therapy (child/adolescent, trauma, substance use, etc.)
  • An honest and sincere respect for clients and relationships of all kinds, and a commitment to providing the best care possible
  • Cultural responsiveness; awareness of your own cultural identity and the ability to learn from and respectfully relate to other cultural backgrounds and heritages, including a willingness to engage in anti-racism work
  • Professional, ethical, and a good communicator
  • Comfortable with using technology both in and out of the therapy room
  • Skilled completing clinical documentation (e.g. case notes) in a correct and timely manner

Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist is a dynamic and versatile role and is responsible for driving business growth, converting leads into clients, and implementing marketing initiatives. This position requires a creative, self-directed, confident, and socially skilled individual who can expand our practice’s reach and enhance its reputation. The Business Development Specialist plays a crucial role in executing strategies to attract new clients, engage the community, and support RTC’s growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Convert interested leads into clients of our Intensive Couples Counseling program
  • Increase traffic to our website, specifically our ICC program, with creative marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources, including colleges/universities, community organizations, churches and other clinics and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and patient demographics, and remain informed about mental health care regulations and changes to the industry
  • Create content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
  • Manage the practice’s online presence, including website and social media profiles, and assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Generate and analyze online marketing metrics
  • Monitor the performance of marketing efforts and recommend improvements

  • Negotiable and flexible schedule – can be in-person either at our St. Louis Park or Eagan office, and could be remote for the right candidate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and community engagement
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and in-person
  • Ability to manually operate office equipment. This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the clinic
  • Experience with the mental health industry is a plus!
