Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator works collaboratively with the administrative team to support a group of 40+ therapists and their clients. The ideal candidate is warm and friendly, hardworking and efficient, detailed oriented, dependable and responsible, and excellence-oriented. This role serves as the face of our clinic for prospective and existing clients, assists with the new client intake scheduling process, processes client payments and helps the administrative team with other assigned tasks. This position is full-time, on-site in St. Louis Park, MN, though possible remote work is available for the right candidate. Starting schedule is Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm, with some flexibility to shift these hours in the future.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make and receive phone calls, and respond to email and online inquiries
  • Set up intake appointments for new clients and complete any associated data entry & paperwork
  • Run client payments and reach out to clients if their payments are not going through
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing, and filing
  • Perform local errands, such as picking up dinner for a therapist, buying supplies at Costco, etc.
  • Interface with clients (greet and direct them, accept payments, check in with them about their satisfaction, etc.)
  • General office upkeep and housekeeping (restocking, vacuuming, dusting, etc)
  • Additional duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; experience and comfort interacting with a wide range of people
  • Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation, and general office practices
  • Proficient with and comfortable using technology
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Business casual work attire
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with billing practices and strong understanding of how to interact with clients regarding billing
    • Experience with the mental health industry is a plus!
    • Cultural responsiveness; awareness of your own cultural identity and the ability to learn from and respectfully relate to other cultural backgrounds & heritages
    • Ability to independently learn and use resources such as YouTube to develop new skills

Fully Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a full-time or part-time therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LADC) who has a speciality to offer RTC, complimenting the couples therapy we do. Specifically, we would love to find a warm and skilled therapist who specializes in child and adolescent therapy, addiction therapy/counseling, or trauma therapy. Pay is dependent upon experience. Qualifications:

  • Competent and experienced at providing a specialization of therapy (child/adolescent, trauma, substance use, etc.)
  • An honest and sincere respect for clients and relationships of all kinds, and a commitment to providing the best care possible
  • Cultural responsiveness; awareness of your own cultural identity and the ability to learn from and respectfully relate to other cultural backgrounds and heritages, including a willingness to engage in anti-racism work
  • Professional, ethical, and a good communicator
  • Comfortable with using technology both in and out of the therapy room
  • Skilled completing clinical documentation (e.g. case notes) in a correct and timely manner
