Therapist Care Coordinator

We are looking for someone is warm & friendly, hardworking & efficient, dependable & responsible, organized, and excellence-oriented. The qualified candidate will support the therapists, the admin team, the owners, and the clients at RTC by anticipating their needs and supporting them (i.e. making a copy for therapists, assisting with paperwork). Part of the candidate’s job will be to maintain the office space– making coffee, maintaining the break room, stocking supplies, vacuuming, and dusting. The candidate will also greet & direct clients, take payments, check in with clients about their satisfaction, and do basic data entry. Candidates of color are encouraged to apply.   • Bachelor’s degree, or high school degree if extremely qualified

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; experience and comfort interacting with a wide range of people

  • Completion of courses in clerical or administrative skills (or equivalent experience)

  • Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation, and general office practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Strong organization, time management  skills

  • Strong ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to independently learn and use resources such as YouTube to develop new skills

  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
