Taylor Gaines
Humanity is at the heart of Taylor’s work. They don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, preferring to offer a space where clients can feel safe enough to be vulnerable and supported enough to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. With a steady, thoughtful presence and a strong foundation in relational and mental health, Taylor helps clients navigate complex challenges related to anxiety and depression, intimacy, and sexuality.
Taylor’s practice is deeply rooted in inclusivity and equity, with a strong commitment to creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse individuals. Their goal is to help each person build a more authentic connection with themselves and move through the world with greater clarity, self-trust, and ease.
