Taylor Gaines

Humanity is at the very core of Taylor’s work with adolescents. They understand that no two young people struggle in the same way, and they don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Taylor creates a space where young people feel safe enough to share what’s really going on, and supported enough to take brave steps toward growth, self-understanding, and confidence.

Known for their thoughtful and encouraging presence, Taylor draws on a strong background in relational health education to help teenagers navigate complex topics like personal identity, gender exploration, friendship and family dynamics, and the often overwhelming experience of growing up. Their therapy room is a refuge where emotions are respected, curiosity is welcomed, and differences are honored. Taylor’s practice is deeply rooted in inclusivity and equity, with a special commitment to affirming LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse youth. Whether a teen is grappling with big life questions or struggling to express their emotions, Taylor meets them with empathy, respect, and the belief that every young person deserves to feel valuable and valued.
